The exhibition L'économie du désir showcases over 20 artists examining the effects of a desire-driven economy, from environmental destruction in Japan and Spain to social inequality and technological alienation.
While critiquing the unsustainable path we’re on, the show also proposes alternatives, highlighting how desire can foster creativity and connection rather than consumption. Alain Damasio’s concept of a "healthier economy of desire" offers hope for a more human-centric future.
